We are starting to use SharePoint and would like to have a viewable company calendar showing where everybody is during the week (in house, vacation, at a customer, etc).

While I can add other users to the calendar, it keeps returning to a view of only me.  Is there a way to setup a calendar where you can view everybody's status?

Do you mean you can add other users to the calendar, but after refresh the browser, it returns to a view of only current user?

It is by designer that the calendar group view only display the current's user's event.

If you want to view other users in the calendar group view, the only method is to add other users to the calendar manually, in Add Person, type the name of the person or group whose calendar you want to view. But after you refresh the page, it returns to a view of only current user.
