i installed the newest Windows Live Sync beta suite, when i tried to run window live messenger ,it tells me ”The program can't start because wlidcli.dll is missing from your compuer!", then i tried to restort to the old version ,but it can't

I have exactly the same problem. This problem occured after I installed the jahplayer 0.2.2 available at this address: http://sourceforge.net/projects/jahshaka/files/jahshaka/0.2.2/jahplayer-0.2.2-installer.exe/download
I have tried to uninstall the jahplayer because it does not work and I cannot uninstall Windows Live Essential Beta even if in safe mode. I keep receiving the following message when I start my computer because my msn is configured to start when windows start:
