I want to try and make a windows program as I cannot find one suitable for what a want.

Here's what I want the program to do:
-Stealth Mode (like a monitoring or spy program so that anyone using the computer wouldn't know it's there)
-Automatically Take screenshots at set intervals (ie. every 30 seconds)
-Automatically upload/sync the screenshots to a cloud (ie. Google Drive, Dropbox...)
-Start on startup of computer in stealth mode
