does anyone have an idea why this SharePoint logs at this path "C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles" the time is not accurate? and is there any other logs that is useful to detect login site activity ?

Do you means only a periods of time log is not accurate? 

You also can check the IIS logs on web front servers and see if have any records.
