I received harassing emails from somebody who knows personal information about me. As they were hotmail accounts, I had mailed several microsoft and hotmail feedback email addresses but none replied to me.  All I want to know are some details about the harasser's email addresses (eg the alternate email address of that particular account if any), or something useful to help determine who it is. Just to rule out that its not a prank by someone close who had no malicious intent, before I go to the cops. Who can I seek help from for such matters?
