I am evaluating VS2010, to see if I want to upgrade from 2008.  When I open a source file, by default it opens with outlining, I have to manually disable that for each and every file - I am not able to find an option that will globally disable it.  How to get rid of default outlining?

By the way, there is nothing wrong with outlining as such.  EXCEPT, in VS2010, when your mouse pointer crosses the outlining line, the relevant code part flashes white.  This is extremely annoying, as most of the time you just move the cursor through, without any intention to see what code part is outlined, and you see those white flashes in various places. (I want 5 minutes alone with the person who designed this feature.)This makes me want to disable outlining altogether.
