I am unable to launch a game without Net Framework 3.5. I have 3.5 (including 2.0 and 3.0) installed on the computer, as well as 4.7. However, these do not show up under "Uninstall a Program" when I look. I have also gone to "Turn Windows features on or off" and manually checked everything under the 3.5 and 4.7 folders so that the filled box becomes a checkmark. I then click "Ok" and the computer tries to apply the changes. I get the error message: "Windows couldn't complete the changes", and it prompts me to restart.
