THis problem and error message just occured today...and lately images I did not save have been appearing in my photos .they are blurry and some are very bad copies of my own images...why are these there?..I deleted a few today and then this message about the vcruntime140dll. missing program began to appear....also the cortana feature has not been operative for a long time.....this is pissing me off..I paid a lot of money for this machine and its never worked right..the last HP I had was a piece of crap as well...
