While converting a WinJS Windows 8 Store App into a Universal App (with intention of having both Windows and Windows Phone versions), I noticed that there are no WinRT references available for the Ad SDK in the Phone project.

Is this by design? Is there any guidance for using the Ad SDK in WP8.1 appx projects that are created with HTML/JS?
