I created an ad unit in pubCenter on August 06 2015. (ad unit id: 11530589, Night Hunt WP8). I released Night Hunt on Windows Dev Center, game is available and ads run. But I can't see it on Monetize With Ads section.

I looked up your account and seems like it is linked to your Dev Center account successfully (since you had the same Live ID in pubCenter and Dev Center).

Have you looked for your ad unit under your account level report in Dev Center? Go to Dev Center dashboard, click on 'Advertising Performance' in the left Nav Bar, and click on the 'choose ad units option' under the Microsoft Advertising report?
