登陆以请求访问页面。

I am running in to a strange issue. User is with read permission getting  access request page when accessing pdf document . He is in visitors group and still he is getting request for access. Currently user clicks on the pdf document link and eventually he lands to request for access page.

Please check that PDF file has any unique permission, if yes add that user in that document permission and then try to access it. and might be an browser cache issue.

Then try to add that person in high level permission and remove it then try to access that file

并且最后要求用户提交申请表，一旦批准检查相同，如果该用户仍有问题，则需要检查权限级别

and finally ask user to submit a request form and once approved check the same, if still that user has problem then need to check the permission level
