talks about working samples that should be included in Windows 10 SDK. They have names like HelloWindowD3D12 or Multithreading12.

I installed the separately available Win 10 SDK (not the one included with Visual Studio 15 RC), but cannot find the samples. All the D3D12 includes and libraries are there, but not the samples.

Any idea where to get them?

With your link, I downloaded the windows 10 SDK, and found the sample is not found(or stored in somewhere I could found it), for this issue, I move to the SKD forum so that there SDK experts will help you to get how to obtain these example from the SDK(or tell if there are existing).
