If you are using VB6 I would think its about time you move up to using a newer version of Visual Basic.  You can download VBnet for free from www.msdn.com.  It would be difficult in Visual Basic 6 to impliment SMS GSM mobile.  If you really need to stay with Visual Basic 6 I would develope a Class in Visual Studio 2010 (or 2008) for the SMS GSM mobile code you need.  Then add the dll from the Visual Studio code into your visual Basic 6 project.
