Hi Team，

We are creating win forms for Human Resources.

Based on Authetication we have hided some forms, by giving menu rights(which means only provided menu will be visible) and user rights(which means user login with username and password).

I) Now getting to the point, we have created a rdlc report which has employees data.

Well RDLC is used with ReportViewer control to my knowledge. There is a separate Forum for ReportViewer which probably handles RDLC questions also. It is Visual Studio Report Controls which you may want to try.
