I am trying to run a program in windows 7 on my new computer, which worked fine on my other windows 7 computer.

I am getting the following error when trying to open the program :

I have tried updating .netframework, i have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling a different version, i have tried the fixer tool, i have tried running in compatability mode, and i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling EVERYTHING. ive gone to turn program features on or off and unchecking the box .netframework box, ive tried rechecking the box, ive tried checking everything under the box. Nothing I do gets rid of this error.  Works fine in my other computer though and it also has windows 7.

The program wants .net 2.0 installed.  This is literally driving me insane.  any help would be appreciated, thanks!

oh also im now currently using .netframework 4.5 (latest), but i already tried using other versions of this, and even just tried using the default version of .netframework that came with the initial windows install.
