We encountered problem on Microsoft Visual Studio 2003 on windows 10 build 1703.

the story is that, before Microsoft roll out the update build 1703 for windows 10 our Microsoft Visual Studio 2003 is running/working completely. but after our computer update the windows 10 to build 1703 now the Microsoft Visual Studio 2003 is not running/working anymore. we did a uninstall and install the Microsoft Visual Studio 2003 but still same problem the program wont execute.
