In the "Counter sets" part of the load test select "Add custom counter set" from the context menu, renaming it if wished. From the context menu of the newly added set, select "Add counters" and then follow the prompts to add the wanted SharePoint counters. Next select the "Manage counter sets" from the context menu, add the computers to be monitored and select the new counter set.
