If I go thru the save-as process, the error I get is "There was an error saving one or more of your attachments. Please check your free disk space and try again."  If I click on an attachment to open it, nothing at all happens.

I am having the same problem with windows vista. Everithing was right for more than a year, but this month is getting worse with every attach file, including office docs. I have Office 2007 install and working. When I try to open it simple crashes and close the application.
