Just to add though, what you ask ''tracking'', it would be really difficult to track until unless you get something back from the recipients in return.

Once email has been sent, you don''t have much control on it and it would be difficult to get if they have viewed or not. Undeliverable emails might be tracked through the server you sent as you must be getting back a failure response back.
