i try to install the prerequisites for SharePoint 2013
machine has an access to internet but the online u=installation isn't start with me .
anyway, i start the offline installation, all prerequisites run normally else , appfabric

but after write the command line : prerequisiteInstaller.exe /appfabric:C:\sp2013\WindowsServerAppFabricSetup_x64

please check whether you organization has any proxy server, if Yes please give the proxy address in internet option -> connection -> LAN Setting -> Proxy address
Then check the Internet Option -> security -> Internet -> Custom level and check file download is enabled or not
Then please disable the IE Security Enhanced security configuration, from server manager.. below link will help you to navigate.

Once checked everything, then re-initiate the prerequisites installation of 2013..
