I have a InfoPath form and in that form I have a Button for admins. only a person in the SharePoint security group Admins can click on that button.

How would I set this up? I would like to use a Rule if possible.

In order to restrict a button in a form, I suggest you create a list that contains the users who will have access to the button, then you could reference this list in a data connection in InfoPath and create a rule based on current user and the list data to hide the button.
