I am using SPUtility to send out emails in my SharePoint online Environment.

For individual mail id, its working as expected but when I use the same to send mail to a Distribution List it gives me below error:

Strange thing is that for past 1.5 years same code was able to send emails to Distribution lists but recently started failing.

This error message usually happened when there is an invalid mail address in mail in the distribution list, suggest to check the Distribution list members in Office 365 Admin Center:

Make sure each member has the valid email address as "/_api/SP.Utilities.Utility.SendEmail" endpoint will valid it.

If the issue still exists, try to create a new distribution list and add a valid member, then try again to see if works.
