I installed visual studio community and it didn't work. Every time I created a new project it immediately came up with an error message. I wanted to try re-installing to see if that fixed it. I uninstalled through control panel which it declared to be successful but now I can't re-install as the visual studio folder is still there and I get message "can't install in non empty folder".
