I have a form application that I wrote in C# 4.5.2 Framework.  The app was an old 2.0 program that needed upgraded.  These programs are called from a web pages hyperlinks that are hooked to batch files.

My problem is the program will open in IE and wont open in Chrome.  What could be preventing it from opening in Chrome?

Most likely,  the method you are using only works for IE and not Chrome. You have to find out what will work for Chrome.
