Hi, My computer has been running much slower for some time. Have Windows 7.   I looked in the Summary Page Events for clues and found this message appears and is logged every 30 seconds that the computer is on:

7023 Event Properties states: " The Windows Modules Installer service terminated with the following error: The specified module could not be found."

7001 Exent Properties states: " The Peer Networking Grouping service depends on the Peer Name Resolution Protocol service which failed to start because of the following error: %%-2140993535

Is this situation affecting my computers performance, and how can I remedy the Error(s)?
