We migrated from SP2010 to SP2016 and when we insert image or URL or Doc in Rich content and Content Editor web part it opens to last visited site asscociated Library. Like Image will be Image library, URL sometimes Documents and Pages.

The issue is in SP2010 it always opens in local site libraries by default, now on SP2016 it's Opening last visited. My users are dumping images it the wrong libraries and usually getting lost looking for document or pages in the local sites.

Please advise what configurations needed to set it back to local site by default.
