我们无法直接向InfoPath表单中的附件控件添加规则。

We are not able to directly add a rule to an attachment control in InfoPath form.

作为解决方法，我建议您创建一个新字段在InfoPath表单中，并在此字段上添加验证规则。

As a workaround, I recommend you creating a new field in InfoPath form, and add a validate rule on this field.

在条件部分中，键入如下：

In the Condition section, type as below:

The new created field will display the screentip when the length of attachment name exceed the limit.
