我有一个小系统可以将草稿放到数据库中的图像字段，而不是扫描到某些地方并手动浏览它并将其发布到数据库中，我的意思是像条形码或邮票阅读器这样的东西。

I have a small system to archieving drafts to image field in the database instead of scanning to some where and browsing it manully and posting it to into database, i mean somthing for example like Barcode or stamp reader.

You should look into third party software for this. .NET does not provide barcode or stamp readers. There are at least 3rd party barcode libraries you can use. Not sure about stamp readers.
