I have tried for over three months to install the Visual C++ 2015 but it refuses to install it on my machine. I have tried to uninstall and repair several times but it never works.

The issue of the Visual Studio 2015 installer showing "common tools for visual c++ 2015" as unselected during each run is known.
It is recommended that this option be verified and selected each time the installer is run, else the option may be uninstalled.
Once the installer completes the "Tools for Visual C++ 2015" install may be verified by checking that "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\VC\bin\" exists and contains cl.exe, c1.dll, c1xx.dll, c2.dll, and link.exe along with other files.
