I have vs_enterprise.exe file for visual studio enterprise 2015 with update 3.

i tried to install it on windows 7 64 bit.

but i cant find any option to create web application in visual basic. I could find only blend for visual studio 2015.

How to install it correctly? So i can develop web applications in either vb or c#

I uninstalled it ... now have to install again but before installing, if get any help will be appreciated.

Please have a look at this: Install Visual Studio 2015 and we can know that, the default installation of VS 2015 includes C#/VB, Web and Desktop features.

Did you meet any waring or error message during the VS 2015 installation? If not, please have a try with the following:

1. Make sure you open the shortcut ‘Visual Studio 2015’ not ‘the Blend for Visual Studio 2015’ from the start menu, this shortcut is Next to the Visual Studio 2015 folder under Start menu, which is different with the previous VS versions like VS 2013, VS 2012.
2. Or go to VS 2015 installation location usually like C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Common7\IDE and directly run the ‘devenv.exe’ file to run VS 2017, if it this issue gone, you can right click this file to create a shortcut for your VS 2015.
3. Go to Control Panel-Programs and Feature, right click the VS 2015, Change-Modify and under ‘Windows and Web Development’ and make sure you already checked the component ‘Microsoft Web Developer Tools’ like the following screenshot. If not, please select it to install.

If your VS 2015 installation is failed, please follow the above step 3 and right click the VS 2015, choose Change-Repair to repair it. Meanwhile, share the warning or error message in here.
