I am running SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services in integrated mode within SharePoint 2013 Enterprise.  I am decommissioning one server (Server-A) and bringing a new one online (Server-B).  The old server (Server-A) was the original host of the Reporting Services Service.   I start Reporting Services on Server-B, and RS works.  I then stop Reporting Services on Server-A and Reporting services stops working.  

I have done the following:

• Verified that the service is started in SharePoint on Server-B
• Verified the application pool is running in IIS on server-B
• All the IIS web files are available and can be accessed via a browser as expected on Server-B
• Flushed the config cache on Server-B

 Despite the service being turned off on Server-A, the ULS logs for the correlation ID show that the request is still being send to Server-A, hence the 503 error.  Is there some way to force SharePoint to look at Server-B because its definitely not doing it on its own....
