Suddenly, since  1 November 2013, instead of "Local Windows Debugger ... " which is now dimmed and not selectable at program start, appears "Attach to process ...". Since then I have to switch at program start by clicking at "Set as StartUp apr Project".

Hi parpamgr,

This is because your project has been set to attach to something.

选择工具 - >附加到流程，您会发现在可用的流程下面有一个或几个灰色的东西变暗，点击它并选择取消。  ;

Choose Tools->Attach to Process, you will find one or sevral things are dimmed below available processes, click it and choose cancel.
