Recently we have moved to O365, And we are using the DELVE also, We have a requirement like We need to modify the DELVE home page and, Need to change the layout, We are aware that we can not inject any script, Is there any way to change the layout?

It you mean customizing the user profile page in delve,  it is not supported in new user profile page currently . However, we will enable customization of the profile experience via Add-ins and public APIS in the future.  Please monitor this blog to get the latest updates.

If you mean customizing the Delve page, it is not feasible to do that. For your reference: SharePoint Online Delve : Design change. Given this situation,I'd like to invite you share your ideas about customization with our related team via Delve user voice, many features come directly based on customer's constructive comments.
