my son can't get on his gamertag with the xbox because his wlid has been deleted.  when i try to sign in, it says it's not an existing id so i can't sign in.  when i call xbox to get my gamertag they tell me the wlid is valid and thats the one i use to sign in.  Seems like there is a problem communicating between wlid and xbox.
