Windows 7 Phone.  Microsoft Outlook 2010 with Microsoft Exchange.  Pointed to this forum by Microsoft support after more failed attempts to get assistance there than I can count on both hands.

I have several contacts folders in addition to the seeded folder called simply "Contacts".  But the phone only syncs the contents of THAT folder, i.e. the one naled "Contacts".  Is it incapable of syncing the other folders' contents?  Are there any plans to add this functionality.  If Exchange lets you have multiple folders, it seems as though the phone OS should be able to pick them up.  After all, they're both Microsoft products . . .
