我是无法在Visual Studio 2017中看到或创建
xamarin   便携式库项目，我已经安装了所有必需的xamarin&组件。我可以创建所有其他类型的项目，但是我错过了一些东西吗？，我是

i am unable to see or create xamarin portable library project in visual studio 2017, i have installed all necessary components of xamarin & i am able to create all other kinds of projects with out issues though, am i missing some thing ?, i am attaching an image please see that
