In a previous thread i found the instructions for use when having difficulty logging out of Test Manager :

I've tried this process 3 times on TM 2015 and it really doesnt work. When i open the application it just pops up saying "Connecting to your team project" and sits there doing nothing.

I have restarted the machine, tried the method mentioned above, made sure all services have ended. However each time i open the program it does the same thing. Pressing Cancel does nothing either, just sits there looking like its processing but can be left doing that for 14 hours (i left it trying overnight) and no change. I have also tried running as administrator in the hopes that it would ask for new login information but sadly this does not work and it still tries to connect under the wrong details previously entered

You can run the MTM as different user. Press Shift > Right click MTM > Run as different user.
