I have an existing phone 7 app that stores some data into a file in isolated storage, the rest is store in SQL. I have made multiple updates to it with no issues. I just created a phone 8 version of the app so my app now has 2 different XAPs, one for phone 7 and one for phone 8.

When I upgrade from the phone 7 version to the phone 8 version it sometimes, not always, appears to delete the file in isolated storage, but the SQL DB is still there. It's hard to test because I can get it to reproduce the delete, but only occasionally.

Has anyone else had an issue like this?
