Windows Phone不支持RTSP。您必须使用第三方MediaStreamSource实现。

how can i play a rtsp stream in my WP8 application? the normal mediaelement cant play it :(

RTSP is not supported in Windows Phone. You have to use 3rd party MediaStreamSource implementation.
