So I built an app and put the app on my private account. Would like now to move the app to a company sponsored account instead of my private account. How is that done?

I think you simply log off your developer account, log in using the company account, then try to upload to the store using Visual Studio. You may need to expire/reacquire your developer license to that. Try these powershell commands:
