I'm using Visual Studio 2012 and trying to parse a Nework Monitor capture file (cap) using c# code

I mentioned in the other thread that you can look at the example  "Iterating Fields with Display Format" in the help file which also documents a method you can use extend to parse the capture file to text or how ever you want.
