Why do I keep getting the message that a "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close". Error dignature is AppName: svchost.exe    AppVer: 5.1.2600.5512     ModNameL ntdll.dll    ModVer: 5.1.2600.6055  Offset: 000108f3. This happens mainly when I am accessing or trying to save files in the "C" drive.

I have completed all of the required MS XP updates. When I try to fix it with the suggested update link, it tells me that the update is older than the one provided in the SP3 update.
