安装错误 [英] Install Error

我有两个应用，  CityCountyView和  StatDwnLoad，这两者都用于安装而没有任何问题。

I have two apps, CityCountyView and  StatDwnLoad, that both used to install with no issues.  Yesterday, after several successful installs of StatDwnLoad you couldn't install it anymore.

The user name password to access these, and the permissions, are identical.  I did a side by side compare of the Project settings and except for location they seem to be identical.  Also, the people with the app currently are getting errors when it tries to update. This is the error we get when trying to install StatDwnLoad.
