I am very confused about this concept of permissions on the computer system that I own. I intend to learn the basic's of permissions and the like as I go forward on my free access to Visual Studio. Learning to control my operating system would be a very important and useful tool. I feel this is the best way to learn programming and it will enable me to use the skill to debug my own computers.

I've been through the " Hello World...! " exercise before....no thank you very much...

All programs ran from the desktop run under the context of the logged-in user account. Administrator user at the desktop are stripped of admin rights and are only standard user.

You logon using the below account sparsely, only used to trouble shoot Windows issues.

Program Files and Window/System32 are protected folders. 

ProgramData folder is the all users folder.
