I'm not entirely sure this is the right place to post this, so please redirect me if not.

In a web project, I want to use a GridView control to display a list of existing records, but also have the ability to add a new row. I don't see any way to do this with the control as is. I'm attaching an image of what I need to accomplish: a listing of records which are contained in a dropdown, along with an emply row where another record can be added by choosing a value from the dropdown.
