Given I have a set of records stored in a Variant Array.
Suffice to say, these values were obtained via an API call.

Is there no efficient method to blow these values into a fresh table ?
IOW, do I have to iterate column by column and row by row using .AddNew ? (Ughh)

I saw GetRows, but sadly there is no SetRows method !
If I could just add 2000 new rows, and then make one call to a SetRows method,
the table would be updated in one call !

I was also thinking of cut-and-paste....but I don't see how it can be done.
Ideas anyone ?
