Our office has a FE/BE MS Access 2007 Project Tracking database system. which was converted from version 2003. Each user has their own copy of the FE database on their C-drive, and all the users have the necessary rights to
the files. We are currently going through an upgrade to our operating systems from Windows XP to Windows 7. Since our IT folks started doing the upgrade, now only one person can get into the database at any one time where before more than one user could be
in the system at a time. We get the following error message: "Could not use 'Admin'; file already in use". Any help in correcting this issue is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Where on the C Drive is your FE located? It can't be in Program Files in Windows 7. It has to be outside of that folder and also not on the root directory.
