I met a problem that can not properly show Chinese characters from MS Access.

  using php and ODBC 
•

  浏览器编码设置为UTF-8

I checked the raw data from the odbc_result(), Then confirmed the return is in GB2312(or GBK). Which is very bad for my situation, I need it in UTF8. So anyone can tell me how to configure the Access to do that. thanks
