Hallo社区。

我为我们的产品编写了一个打印机语言监视器。

在开发过程中我遇到了问题无法添加打印机并获得错误0x000000c1。

DefaultDestDir = 66002

MONITOR = 11

Hallo community.

I have written a printer language monitor for our products.

During development I had the problem that I couldn't add a Printer and got the Error 0x000000c1.

In the .INF file I defined the following

DefaultDestDir=66000
Monitor=66000

the loading worked well.

Now I sent the drive to our customer an he has again the problem with the Error 0x000000c1.

Our cutomer and I work with a Win7-64-bit system.

Has anybody an idea what the reason of that error is?

See the below msdn doc for the right dirid to use:

Printer Dirids

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff560821(v=vs.85).aspx

Your driver files should get copied to 66000 and monitor files to 66002.
