I have two windows 8 phone registered on a same Microsoft developer account. If I am trying to register the third device, the error comes as:

"Too many phones are already registered to the same account."

So, I just want to know that how many phones can be linked to the same Microsoft developer account at the same time.

You can register maximum of 3 devices.
